About

Solve problems differently with a shift in mindsets

Some problems keep resurfacing because we are only attempting to treat the symptoms, rather than the root cause. Systems Thinking gives us a new perspective on how to deal with problems at hand, by considering the wholeness of the system, understanding the relationships, and finding a new leverage point to solve or even dissolve the problem.

Let’s look at an example

Nestle saves Millions by Understanding The System

Find out how Nestle were able to find new water source for their factory during drought and save millions of dollars in the long run, by looking at the problems differently.

Why is Systems Thinking important?

The problems we are facing as designers are now not limited to products or services per se. From “How should we design the online experience of a fashion commerce?” to “How might we reduce stock waste and create a more sustainable fashion company?”

As our problem space becomes more connected and complex, it is more urgent now than ever for us to deliberate issues beyond a product or service to make a real impact or shift.
